The IT Service Specialist operates within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Competence Center of the Röchling Automotive Division, reporting to the ESM IT Global Manager. The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint.

This senior position is responsible for harmonizing processes, integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all regions, directly supporting the Division’s IT&Digital Target Operating Model 2.0 and its shift toward Digitalization and AI.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.
  • Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions
  • Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives
  • Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management
  • Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals
  • Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development
