At Stellantis , technology and digital services are key enablers of our global industrial transformation. To support cost transparency, performance and scalability across our IT landscape, we are looking for an IT Services Cost & Delivery Analyst to join our European IT organization.

In this role, you will analyze IT services cost and delivery models using a structured, activity‑based approach. You will work with service catalogs, statements of work, architecture documentation and operational data to understand how IT services are designed, delivered and supported, and to assess related labor and operating costs.

You will apply established IT Service Management (ITSM) and financial governance principles to support cost optimization initiatives, sourcing decisions and service convergence, collaborating closely with internal teams and external service providers in a global environment.

Depending on business needs and individual background, positions may cover different IT service domains such as Application Services, End‑User Services and Digital Services .


Your key responsibilities


  • Analyze IT service cost estimates for new initiatives and ongoing services, including early‑phase assessments and detailed bottom‑up should‑cost models
  • Provide cost transparency and input during IT solution design to support financial, performance and service level targets
  • Support sourcing, vendor selection and vendor management activities through the analysis of supplier proposals, rate cards and managed service fees
  • Contribute to benchmarking and value optimization initiatives through regular service cost reviews in steady‑state operations
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, service owners, finance partners and external service providers
  • Deliver global cost comparisons and delivery model analyses in coordination with IT Finance and Service Management communities


Your profile

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services, IT operations or consulting environments
  • Strong English communication skills , written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple services or initiatives with different levels of complexity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Comfortable working across global teams and organizational layers


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with IT service costing models and chargeback/showback frameworks
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL‑based environments)
  • Background in Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Application Support or Cybersecurity
  • Experience in IT vendor management or strategic sourcing activities
  • Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) or IT financial management practices
