IT Specialist - Europe & Canada

We’re hiring an IT Specialist – Europe & Canada

Atlantic Gate is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our growing team, based in Genoa, Italy, and strengthen our IT capabilities across Europe and Canada. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to exciting IT projects across the business.

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support to internal users
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Linux servers, and internal systems
• Manage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and servers
• Support remote environments (Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop)
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure
• Participate in and deliver IT projects, including documentation and planning
• Perform regular system maintenance and improvements

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• First experience in IT support or system administration (1+ year)
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and IT support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Certifications like CCNA or ITIL
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding environments
