Who We're Looking For
After a period of on‑the‑job training, the resource will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and on site, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provide support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself.
Key Responsabilities
- Hardware and software configuration for PCs, printers, VoIP telephones, smartphones;
- Management and monitoring of user requests, remotely and on‑site, via Help Desk ticketing system;
- PC preparation/installation/upgrades/licences/hardware parts replacement;
- Technical troubleshooting and support, device management and their functionalities (Printers /Wi‑Fi/PCs/Projectors);
- IT supplier administrative management (quotations and orders).
Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- IT high school diploma or participation in specific technical courses;
- Proficiency both in Italian and English;
- Knowledge of computer hardware;
- Previous brief experience in the IT sector in the same tasks is a plus.
This internship offers a monthly allowance of €600, plus a range of company benefits.
