Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full lifecycle management of logistics software, including testing, upgrades and deployment.
2. Be on the front line of business, support on-site management of the transition of new features and updates, ensure minimal business disruption and smooth implementation.
3. Provide first-line support for system issues, perform necessary debugging, and guide Chinese and Italian users in troubleshooting.
4. Serve as a bridge between the domestic IT team and the Italian operations team to promote clear and efficient communication.
5. Use product thinking to understand user needs, optimize application functions, and provide feedback to the development team.
6. Ensure that all processes are in line with user needs and business goals, and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a valid Italian work and residence permit.
2. Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and responsible for job responsibilities.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to withstand work pressure.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with partners and solve problems quickly.
5. Italian can be used as a working language.
