IT Support Specialist
Location: Napoli, Italy
Type: Dispatch , On-site
Hours: 10-20 Hours per week

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV-related issues when required.
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and authorized Cisco Jabber applications.
- Possess basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple PC users.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid work permit in Italy.
- Proficiency in English & Italian language is mandatory.
- Several years of experience in a similar role are required.
