IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst

In this role you will support governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT service providers within Digital Service Operations. You will collaborate with IT leaders, Procurement, and cross‑functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contracts and standards. You will also assist the PMO with coordinating IT initiatives and project execution in a global healthcare setting.
