IT Warehouse Operative

Role:

Your mission...

As a Hemmersbach Warehouse Logistic Operative you will support the team in ensuring that equipment is received, processed through the inventory system. On request from the business, the equipment is subsequently packed, dispatched and received within the time frames expected.

To support you in this, you will take responsibility for the inventory and stock levels that the warehouse holds as well as the relationships with third party couriers.

Your main tasks...

• Operate necessary actions connected with stock, shipments, documentation and customer requests
• Prepare orders in continuous flow and organize their shipments
• Receive, check and control goods and materials
• Handle and archive documentation
• Verify customer data in company systems
• Provide support for basic IT tasks, including device refurbishment and setup

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term contract (with possibility to move into permanent)

Location: Rho (Milan) - fully onsite

Requirements:

• Entry level as a Warehouse Worker
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Inventory software, databases and systems knowledge
• Advantage to have basic knowledge in hardware and software installation
• Good English skills
• IT literate
