Bimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods. The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries. This role is responsible for overseeing activities related to the Italy Business Group growth process, involving focus and coordination of all internal department and regular report to the Senior Management. The ideal candidate has a deep experience in project management and sales and will bring a global mindset, strong leadership, high organizational skills and cross-cultural collaboration to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation in the Italian division.


Key Job Responsibilities:

I. Chartering & Program Setup

  • Building charters (direct co-creation in US; facilitation ex-US)
  • Facilitation of entry into tracking tool
  • Enrolling team members into program & launching dashboards
  • Enroll key leaders and stakeholders into plan
  • Launch use of dashboards

II. Roadmap Planning

  • Develop and update detailed, integrated roadmap & milestones
  • Integrate view into roadmap and milestones
  • Support regions with SWOT analyses (refined view of opportunity, etc.)

III. Tracking & Reporting

  • Facilitate to create charters and business plans
  • Gather data and integrate them into dashboards
  • Prepare status updates and present them with Senior Management

III. Governance & Cadence

  • Launch dashboards and initial mgmt. cadence
  • Execute management cadence and alignment meetings
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with initiative leads and regional leads
  • Update dashboards monthly, etc.

IV. Risk & Issue Governance

  • Conduct and interpret risk assessment; conducting risk dialogue; plan interventions
  • Review and elevate key issues; iterate as needed

Is able to recognize & channel new ideas. Brings excellent negotiation skills & the ability to build strategic partnerships. S/he will need to use collaboration and influencing skills as a foundation for driving change in the organization.


Education and Work History:

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing extended international team, ruling them to the respect of targets and timing
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Availability to travel within the country and internationally when needed


Language: Italian and English (proficient user C1-C2).
