Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with general inquiries, orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when assistance is needed.
Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback that may help improve processes and service quality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, procedures, and policies through continuous training.
Requirements
Language Skills:
Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility:
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills:
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
Mindset:
Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
