Ignite is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, on-site only, to join a lively, international team. You will assist Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat, while logging interactions in the CRM and staying informed about product offerings to provide accurate guidance.
The role requires native-level Italian and professional English (B2). You must be eligible to work full-time in Portugal and be comfortable with rotating shifts and KPI targets.
