About the Role

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens ! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality

Location Options:

On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:

• If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
• If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece

Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece):

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
• Airport pickup
• Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (spoken & written)
• Good level of English
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
