Overview
We are currently hiring Italian‑speaking professionals in Lisbon for projects across Social Media, Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality, and Customer Experience within a leading international BPO company.
Compensation & Relocation Package Average gross monthly package: €1,350. Alternatively, €1,050 gross monthly package + accommodation package.
For candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon area, company accommodation is available (private room in a shared apartment, utilities included).

What You'll Do
Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, payment, order, and service‑related queries
Review and moderate online content according to platform policies
Manage reservations and customer requests
Process documentation and operational tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Deliver high‑quality customer experiences
Requirements
Fluent Italian (C1‑C2)
Good command of English (B2+)
Strong communication skills
Customer‑oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales, or operations is a plus
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
