Your Role:

• Assist Italian-speaking customers by phone, chat, or email
• Provide friendly, helpful support for everyday questions
• Troubleshoot with patience and empathy (training included)

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2)
• Conversational English (B2)
• Comfortable with computers & willing to learn
• Positive, adaptable, and ready for a change
• Open to relocation starting September
