ITALIAN TAX PARTNER - Chartered Accountant - ROME

We are seeking a SENIOR / COUNSEL / PARTNER - TAX lawyer to join a leading law firm specializing. You will be looking for that next stage in your career as Counsel or Partner and already have a business portfolio - as this is a Partnership opportunity . ( Milan or Rome base, other locations considered)

Or Client Prides themselves on being at the cutting edge of industry , with expertise in Legal & Advisory & Tax.

You will be a senior / Counsel - on your way to Partnership , building your own client base currently. Or currently a Partner with a small team.

You will be a Charted Accountant - 7yrs +

Concrete and in-depth experience in Tax: • Ordinary and extraordinary tax consulting for corporations and industrial, commercial, and financial groups; • National and international taxation: CFC rules, permanent establishment, offshore structures, branch exemption, double taxation treaties, tax residence of individuals and legal entities; • Transfer pricing: preparation of national documentation and master file, support in intra-group operations and APA; • Tax planning for groups, holding companies, and cross-border operations; • Tax litigation

In addition to be proficient in Accounting and Financial Statements ie knowledge of IFRS/IAS standards; Preparation, review, and supervision of statutory and consolidated financial statements;

Management of complex accounting issues & financial and tax due diligence, support for M&A and extraordinary operations;
