Nobel Recruitment is hiring a founding-style commercial lead to own the Italian market for a European energy intelligence leader. You will drive growth with a blended mix of 30% inbound and 70% outbound, building a pipeline and establishing our presence in Italy.
You will work with two colleagues, travel to events and customer visits, and develop relationships with senior stakeholders. By year two, target €250k–€300k ARR with deal sizes €10k–€50k, plus base salary and commission.
