For a prestigious multinational company, we are looking for.ITALY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ENTERTAINTMENTThe ideal candidate has gained several years of experience within multinational companies operating in the licensing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of high-quality Entertainment concepts based on Sales Manager / NSO briefingsEnsure alignment with Licensing, Creative, and Product Development teamsDrive innovation by identifying trends and developing impactful, market-relevant conceptsShare best practices, successful case studies, and updates from the Entertainment Team with NSO stakeholdersPitch Management: Manage end-to-end coordination of pitch requestsAct as central point of coordination between Sales, Entertainment, and other relevant teamsEnsure consistency and quality across all pitch deliverablesFacilitate the sharing of concepts and approaches across EMEACommercial Support: Support the Sales team in defining client-specific Entertainment strategiesParticipate in client meetings to present concepts and provide subject matter expertiseProvide guidance and constructive challenge to Sales teams to strengthen proposalsContribute to the successful commercialization of Entertainment conceptsStakeholder & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with local licensing partnersCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Creative, Licensing, and Product teamsAct as the main point of contact for Entertainment topics within the assigned NSOBusiness Planning & Reporting: Develop and deliver a comprehensive 3-year Business Plan for the NSOEnsure accurate and timely reporting of business updatesMonitor progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectivesKey AccountabilitiesOwnership of the Entertainment business plan, including delivery and executionAccountability for the quality and effectiveness of Entertainment conceptsSuccessful coordination and delivery of pitchesDevelopment of ready-to-sell 360° Entertainment solutions (based on both client briefs and innovation)Optimization of relationships with Ent MGs and local licensorsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and business planning capabilitiesProven ability to develop innovative and commercially viable conceptsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong project management and coordination skillsClient-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersCollaborative approach across cross-functional and international teamsLocation: MilanSalary Package: 60K- 85k
