Italy Country Lead - Growth & Market Leader in Ophthalmic Devices

Rayner is seeking a Country Manager Italy to lead the development and growth of the business in Italy, ensuring profitable, long-term expansion. You will drive the local execution of global strategy and integrate the Italian entity within Rayner Group.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and ensure compliance while collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and Customer Service to implement Group policies.
