Selecta Italia is seeking an experienced Italy Legal Counsel to be the main legal point of reference for management and business functions in Italy. You will provide legal advice to support strategy, negotiations and relationships with customers, suppliers and partners, while overseeing corporate governance.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing tenders, handling litigation with external law firms, and supporting HR in employment matters.
