Main Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following activities: The employee will lead and execute the field support strategy in the running specialist channel. Management of customer portfolios assigned by the line manager Responsible for sales budget and profitability of assigned territory Managing business and public relations with its customers Territory monitoring and control: sales KPI management and sell out monitoring Optimisation, segmentation and qualitative development of the territory Sales plannign activities of actions requested by the manager Forecasting & targeting activities Optimisation and implementation of the specialised Sporting Goods distriution channel Collaboration with customer and credit department Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about Diadora via seminars and clinics. Represent Diadora at national running events and expos -- including set-up, interaction with consumers and product trial. Provide feedback and analysis through weekly reports to measure effectiveness of product initiatives and sales strategies. Skills & Experiences: Bachelor degree in Economic or equivalent In-depth experience (at least 3 years) with a peculiar attitude to Sports and Lifestyle Habit to travel frequently Able to manage complex business negotiations Strong computing skills in office Packege (especially Excel and Power Point) Problem soving oriented Positive, proactive and Ifexible attitude Strong comunication, relationship and negotiation skills Teamworking oriented Strong attitude to develop new opportunities Strong commercial acumen and target oriented Compensation & Classification Salary Range: €35.000 - €40.000 RAL - MBO 10% National Contract: CCNL Calzature - Industria The final offer and classification level may vary based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, professional background, and job qualifications.
