Overview

Intertek, a global leader in ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is seeking a skilled Jacket Inspector for a significant offshore project in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the inspection of jacket structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of jacket structures during the fabrication and installation phases
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Document all findings and prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting any non-conformities and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with project engineers and other disciplines to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise
• Participate in quality control meetings and provide input on safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Jacket Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to offshore sites as required.
