Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Work as a part of the L3 support team
• Design specification develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests
• Bug fixing enhancements of work packages and services
• Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java
• Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation
• Incident Handling Problem Resolution
• Change Management
• Application Maintenance Enhancement
• Monitoring Infrastructure Support
• Documentation Knowledge Transfer
• Client Team Collaboration
