Business Changers in Italy is looking for JavaScript developers belonging to the disabled category L. 68/99 art. 1 who can help us implement complex, high‑quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement new software modules independently but within a large structured team.
• Contribute to the design and ideation of new architectures and prototypes.
• Collaborate effectively with functional analysis and test teams to ensure maximum sharing of information.
• Create code of quality that is efficient, maintainable, and well documented.
• Follow best practices and coding standards throughout the software development process, improving practices where possible.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance our development capabilities.
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate them with front‑end applications.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Resolve, debug, and fix complex software issues promptly.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives of the team.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advances in JavaScript and web development technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually attractive user interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and development tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience programming JavaScript.
• Competency in at least one modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills for complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Italian.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Positive pro‑active attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Team‑oriented approach and collaboration in a cross‑functional environment.
• Willingness to grow professionally and stay current with the latest web development trends.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
