What you’ll do

• Support the Cloud Operations team in managing day‑by‑day operational activities related to customer environments, deployments, technical requests, and production support processes.
• Perform first‑level triage of incoming tickets and operational requests, ensuring they are properly classified, prioritized, and assigned to the right technical owners.
• Keep operational boards clean, updated, and aligned with the real status of activities, identifying duplicated, outdated, incomplete, or blocked tickets.
• Monitor ticket progress, send reminders, follow up with stakeholders, and escape issues when needed to ensure proper visibility and timely execution.
• Support the team in tracking priorities, deadlines, operational risks, and recurring issues.
• Help prepare simple operational reports on ticket status, aging, workload, escalations, and recurring patterns.
• Execute basic operational runbooks under the supervision of senior team members.
• Support checks on customer environments, deployments, configurations, monitoring alerts, and operational procedures.
• Gradually grow hands‑on skills in cloud environments, SaaS operations, deployment processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.

What you’ll need

• 1–2 years of experience in Cloud Support, Software Engineering, IT Operations, or similar technical roles. Brilliant recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields will also be considered.
• Strong interest in Cloud Operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of IT systems, cloud concepts, networking, Linux, or software delivery processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a rigorous approach to keeping activities, boards, and priorities structured and under control.
• Clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to follow up on open activities until they are properly addressed or escalated.
• Ability to understand priorities, identify blockers, and ask for support when needed.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially when dealing with urgent requests, production issues, or multiple parallel activities.

What’s nice to have

• Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing or project management tools such as Jira or similar.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud‑native applications.
• Basic scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Python.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability concepts.
