Junior Sales Assistant

D1 Milano is an Italian Watch Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.
Position :
The candidate, reporting directly to the Store Manager, will assist customers in the sales process and manage the store's operations, ensuring a high standard of customer experience and promoting the Brand's image.
Requirements:
- Competence in cash management and back-office operations;
- Strong aptitude for assisted sales and goal achievement;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamwork;
- Strong love for Creative Arts, we see ourselves as a creative hub;
- Interest in Design and in Art Curation;
- We would like to develop our retail store as a creative hub therefore creative skills and networking are a plus;
- Good listening skills and initiative.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level). Knowledge of a second language is considered an advantage;
- Precision, organization, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team, critical thinking, and observation skills.
