Adecco, on behalf of a leading global chemical group, is looking for a Junior Account Manager.
Joining team in Arese, the resource will sell the chemical portfolio in multiple sectors and in a wide geography.
Inclined to travel, open-minded, committed, curious and passionate, our ideal candidate is able to work in diverse teams and likes to bring the business with her/his creativity and leadership attitude.
Activities
The resource will manage assigned customers, and their retention and expansion.
- He/She will monitor the adherence of results to assigned targets and goals;
- He/she will keep relevant information tracked and will proactively work with other functions such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Finance, keeping accountability for any exchange between the company and the assigned customers;
- He/she will provide business insight, market needs and any relevant information that could open to innovative development.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales departments
- Technical degree or chemical industry background
- Fluent in English
- A second language is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
