At ABB, we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This role reports to the Agile Unit Lead in the Technology Innovation Alliance, Smart Power Division, Electrification Business Area, headquartered in Bergamo, Italy.
Responsibilities
Assist the business manager with all business‑relevant administration tasks, including research, data verification and compilation, and creation of special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other documents. Share knowledge and information to keep stakeholders informed and up to date. Act as point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email, assessing urgency and initiating appropriate action. Arrange business‑critical internal and external events, including travel, itineraries, accommodation booking, conference registration, and coordination with visiting speakers.
Qualifications
Experience: at least 2 years as a Junior Assistant. Technical: comfortable working with SAP, MS Office, NORRD and internal procedures. Software: proficient with office software tools. Soft skills: passion for supporting people within the organization, good collaboration and availability; strong communication skills in Italian and English.
Compensation Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico. Minimum annual salary: €33,000. Variable pay: eligible for Company Productivity Bonus.
