Junior Associate - Corporate M&A (Rome, Italy)

Join Dentons Italy’s Corporate M&A group as a Junior Associate based in our Rome office. You will support the team in transactions, provide legal support, and participate in training and development opportunities within a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate M&A team in the Rome office by contributing to transactions and assisting senior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Italian law degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Recently obtained license to practice law in Italy.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Corporate M&A‑related work at a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (C1 certificate). Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
• Motivation and vocation for the exercise of the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Global mentality and enthusiasm, adaptable to an international environment.
