The Italian branch, Fieldfisher Italy, is a law firm (“società tra avvocati”) with offices in Milan and Bologna, comprising a team of professionals specialized in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate law and M&A, energy, civil and tax litigation, intellectual property, antitrust, labour law, banking & finance, transfer pricing, corporate tax, and corporate reorganizations.

Fieldfisher Italy is looking for a qualified trainee or new entry lawyer to join our Labour & Employment Department.

Requirements

The following requirements are considered ideal and will be assessed as a whole.

At least 1-2 years of experience.

• Ability/attitude to work effectively in a team.

• Good working proficiency in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in all judicial and extrajudicial activities.

• Research and analysis of case law and doctrine.

• Drafting of legal documents and opinions.

Qualifications

· Law Degree.

· Admission to the bar is a plus.
