Junior Business Analyst

The team:

You’ll be part of the Business Analysis Team — where tech meets real business challenges. We translate needs into smart features, combining process thinking with UX and data insights. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, customer account, and project stakeholders, reporting directly to the Business Analyst Manager.

The work you’ll do:

  • Perform business and systems analysis to optimize processes and improve end-to-end user experience through application re-design and functional changes, and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tender management needs and objectives.
  • Gather and define the business requirements for software development.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications and identified gaps, detailing the new software features and enhancements
  • Interact daily with customers through requirement gathering sessions, solution proposal presentations, and feature demonstrations
  • Act as Project Manager, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, IT and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
  • Support Customer Service and Development team analyzing and troubleshooting issues and bugs, identifying possible future enhancements to improve user experience.


The skills you bring:

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role, preferably in software development projects.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
  • Detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of software support end-to-end business processes


Even better:

  • Experience in Consulting, Cloud/SaaS Business, or Life Sciences and Software fields.
  • Understanding of tender management processes and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of SAP, JDE ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with project management activities, agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g. process automation, natural language processing, predictive analytics)
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or AI-related is a plus.
