, which develops textile collections for hospitality and licensed lines for luxury fashion brands. For our Head Quarter in Marche we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will support the Global Business Analytics & Commercial Excellence team in transforming raw commercial data into actionable intelligence. The Business Analyst contributes to building and maintaining reporting solutions, analytics, and sales performance frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation's global markets.

Main Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and structure commercial and profitability data from internal data sources Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI or equivalent) for sales performance, pipeline tracking, and market analysis Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs across sales channels, product categories, and geographic markets Actively collaborate with the Sales teams & CRM team to ensure data quality Contribute to the preparation of commercial presentations and analytical narratives for senior management and regional teams Assist in ad-hoc analysis projects related to pricing intelligence, customer behaviour, and market trends Interact with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Licensing, Finance) to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions Participate in the continuous improvement of analytical tools, methodologies, and data governance standards

Key Experiences Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar) desirable Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred) Experience in international or multi-market organisations appreciated

Key Knowledge & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool). BI tool is a plus. Understanding of CRM data models and sales funnel logic Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective communication of insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Italian

Personal Qualities Analytical and structured thinker with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Reliable and organised, with strong time management skills. Comfortable operating in a multicultural, international context. Eager to learn and develop within a high-performance team. Professional and discreet in handling sensitive commercial information.

The position offers a gross annual salary ranging from €23,000 to €25,000, determined based on objective criteria (experience, skills, and responsibilities) and in accordance with the applicable national collective labour agreement (CCNL) + variable bonus.
