Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the main types of contracts and the general terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Knowledge of project data related to construction activities and workflows for periodic updates of construction estimates based on the development of detailed engineering.
  • Development and consolidation of the process for periodically collecting data from projects and performing analyses aimed at issuing reports on trends in costs and quantities.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques aimed at integrating construction execution strategies (constructability, sequencing).
  • Study and in-depth analysis of construction processes, techniques, and methods (civil engineering, steel structure erection, lifting operations).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and the process for validating the progress of construction contracts and services.
  • Analysis of new prices and changes proposals for negotiation with subcontractors.
  • Analysis of claims: verification of the validity of entitlements and economic quantification of claims (extension of time, extra compensation).
  • Development and consolidation of reporting, monitoring, and control of construction subcontracts for Onshore and FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering discipline.
  • Background: 1–3 years of experience as a contract/subcontract administrator, University projects or internship, post‑graduation in project management.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (writing, reading and speaking).
  • Technical Knowledge: Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
