Main Tasks
- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring the institution's profitability and risk exposure/position.
- Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision‑making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk).
- Support the Intermediary in processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan, and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, and Capital Allocation) policies & procedures.
Training
- Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics, or engineering.
- Preferred knowledge of econometrics.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

- Problem‑solving and result‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent team‑working attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
