Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Controller to join our team, focusing on data science and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, a strong interest in business, and a solid foundation in data analysis techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data models to forecast financial outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to identify trends and provide insights that can enhance business performance.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes through the application of data science methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and predictive analytics to drive innovation within the finance department.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • The knowledge of tools such as PowerBI or Solver and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, will be an element of preference.
  • A proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and data analysis techniques.
