Main Responsibilities
As part of a key production site within an international industrial group, you will play a central role in the economic management of the plant .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participation for the finance topics to the launch of the production of a new gearbox
- Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance: production costs, efficiency, variances between standard and actual.
- Budget preparation and follow-up : mid-term plan, annual budget, forecasts, monthly revisions.
- Financial reporting : dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), ad hoc analyses, and group consolidation.
- Cost control : analysis of direct and indirect costs, identification of optimization opportunities.
- Participation in continuous improvement : advising entity managers and operational teams, digitalization, and reporting automation..
- Collaboration with operational teams and group functions : production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or Business/Engineering School
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial controlling, ideally in an international environment.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP such as SAP).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- English proficiency required – minimum B1 level (frequent interactions with international teams).
- Experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a strong asset.
