RESPONSIBILITIES
- ETL Pipeline Creation : Design, develop, and optimize pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Development of Data Analysis Tools : Contribute to the creation of calculation libraries and custom tools for data processing and modeling.
- API Implementation : Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable integration and secure access to data from other systems or applications.
- Collaboration with the Data & Analytics Team : Support colleagues in implementing scalable, data-driven solutions by understanding their needs and proposing innovative approaches.
- Maintenance and Improvement of Existing Solutions : Test, document, and optimize implementations to ensure robustness, scalability, and high performance.
- Exploring New Technologies : Contribute to business innovation by adopting cutting‑edge tools and methodologies for data management.
- Python Knowledge : Experience in Python for developing data‑oriented applications and automations.
- SQL Proficiency : Expertise in SQL for querying, manipulating, and managing data.
- Problem‑Solving Attitude and Rapid Learning Ability : Ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve problems effectively.
- Teamwork and Good Communication Skills : Ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree with good grades in Computer Engineering, computer science, economics/finance, statistics, engineering, mathematics is required
- Knowledge of Python for developing data‑oriented applications and automation
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and managing data
- Problem‑solving attitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (PLUS)
- Knowledge of frameworks for distributed data processing, such as Apache Spark
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue)
- Experience in API development using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or similar
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
- Use of Git for code versioning

- Excellent analytical/quantitative skills
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Organization skills, time management and aptitude for team working
