Role Responsibilities

  • Design or modify electrical/electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications ranging from moderate to difficult scope.
  • Implement concepts and solutions for product issues with moderate complexity.
  • Analysis & Testing:
    • Perform engineering analysis and testing activities, from basic to complex, depending on scope.
    • Generate engineering test reports and support documentation for product releases.
    • Identify and troubleshoot moderately complex electrical problems with increasing independence as experience grows.
  • Support technical issue resolution by identifying sources of critical components and coordinating procurement or assembly efforts.
  • Assist with or generate electrical product specifications; review and contribute to engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers as needed.
  • Communicate technical information clearly, from straightforward to sensitive topics, and help build consensus.
  • Perform a wide variety of electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repairs
  • Perform audits to ensure all necessary parts are available; inspect parts for defects; troubleshoot and improve assembly processes
  • Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, calibration procedures to setup and fine tune subassemblies and components
  • Provide technical support and assistance (hands‑on if needed) for industrial automation systems assembly and qualification at internal and external (Contract Manufacturer) facilities.
  • Works hands‑on if required with tools and hardware for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with extended teams (engineering, process, metrology, supply chain, internal and external manufacturing) to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or equivalent proven experience.
  • Experience range: 2–4 years (depending on level)
  • English language level: B2-C1 (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of industry best practices,
  • Familiarity with industrial automation concepts and related technologies.
  • Experience in industrial automation Subsystems and Systems Assembly.
  • Understanding of how the area of expertise integrates with others
  • Demonstrated minimum level of leadership abilities to lead moderate complex projects

Required

  • Available to travel with medium frequency.
  • Hands‑on attitude and readiness to work directly on tools and equipment.
