Junior Engineering Recruiter (Italy – Milan)

We are looking for a Junior Engineering Recruiter to join our Milan team and kick-start their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)
Contract Type: Permanent Employment
Support end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects.
Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements.
Keep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date with accurate candidate and process information.
Develop an understanding of the Italian engineering talent market and outsourcing landscape.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role. Experience in engineering, technical, or outsourcing environments is a plus but not required.
~ A genuine interest in the engineering sector and in building a career in technical recruitment.
~ Fluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
Permanent, full-time employment ( contratto a tempo indeterminato ).
Continuous training and mentorship from experienced recruitment leaders within the engineering and outsourcing space.
Meal allowance ( Indennità pasto, €8 net per working day ).
