Junior Funding Intern --> Roma
Main task
Supporting the Funding Manager in coordination and managing EU funded project
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management and implementation of EU-funded project activities
- Maintaining operational relations with the EU Commission and project partners
- Assisting in planning, monitoring, and supervising the progress of the project from both administrative & financial and technical perspectives, with the support of the project's technical coordinator
- Collaborating in planning activities among partners, organizing activities, and preparing accurate project reports
- Supporting the organization of project meetings and events
- Assisting in managing and monitoring the budget for both the IDV portion and partners' contributions
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of the business value within the project
- Able to manage complex project activities and EU management tools
- Fluent in English, willingness to travel
- Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration (desired)
