Reporting to the Global HR Cost Controlling Manager and supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional expertise in a dynamic, international environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor key HR KPIs — including headcount, FTEs and labour cost — through budget and forecast preparation, variance analysis and management presentationsSupport the monthly closing process, ensuring data accuracy and timely variance reportingDevelop and maintain HR reporting tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR controlling processesCoordinate the collection and validation of HR data for the Annual Sustainability Report and the Remuneration ReportSupport the annual compensation cycle (STI, LTI and salary review) through benchmarking and market data analysisAnalyse HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making across reward and workforce topicsSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of HRIS data quality, contributing to system updates and cross-functional data alignmentWhat you'll bring2–3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally within an HR function or with significant exposure to HR data and workforce cost analysisMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset with a hands-on, proactive attitudeComfortable working with numbers and translating data into clear, actionable insightsAbility to manage change and handle sensitive information with discretionFamiliarity with HR digital tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI) is a plusFluent in both Italian and EnglishWhat we'll offer• Permanent employment contract• Salary package commensurate with experience (€30,000–34,000 gross annual salary range)• Access to company canteen servicesOUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOUAt Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
