Market 2 Web is hiring a Junior Growth Marketeer in Italy for a remote contract role.

This is a junior practical execution role. You do not need years of marketing experience. We are looking for someone proactive, internet-savvy, organised, willing to learn, and serious about online work.

The role is results-focused. We care about clear actions, reliable reporting, and measurable growth, not fixed working hours.

You will help promote online learning opportunities, support digital growth activities, follow clear instructions, and report results properly.

The course is completely free. There is no cost to join, no payment required, and no fee at any stage.

Applications without proof of course completion may be rejected.

Every candidate who submits valid proof of IBM SkillsBuild course completion will receive instructions for the paid practical assignment.

Candidates who reach the target of 100 valid, unique, tracked IBM SkillsBuild enrolments from approved countries will receive the €100 success payment and become eligible for final hiring review.

What You Will Do

Promote online courses and learning opportunities through digital channels

Help increase registrations, engagement, and learner activity

Build relationships with educators, tutors, career advisers, employers, recruiters, and community organisers who can share relevant learning opportunities

Identify and contact relevant organisations, groups, and communities that may benefit from IBM SkillsBuild courses

Follow campaign instructions and document your actions clearly

Report on actions taken and results achieved

Support outreach, posting, and digital promotion tasks

Support testing of messages, formats, audiences, and channels

Maintain simple tracking reports in Google Sheets or Excel

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken Italian and be able to communicate clearly in English for reporting and coordination

Comfortable using the internet for work

Able to follow instructions carefully

Able to organise simple reports in Google Sheets or Excel

Responsible, consistent, and able to work remotely

Interested in digital marketing, growth, outreach, or online promotion

Willing to complete a practical assignment based on real, trackable results

Preferred but Not Required

Basic marketing knowledge

Experience with social media pages, outreach, promotions, communities, or online projects

Familiarity with Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, or other basic digital tools

Any personal project, small page, portfolio, or example of online work

Experience contacting educators, recruiters, employers, career advisers, or community organisers

Step 2: Paid Practical Assignment

The assignment is focused on promoting IBM SkillsBuild through approved, trackable methods.

The target is 100 valid, unique, tracked IBM SkillsBuild enrolments from approved countries.

Candidates who reach the target will receive a €100 success payment.

The success payment is made after the 10th day of the month following the month in which the candidate reaches the target, after results have been checked and confirmed in the official reporting system.

Only enrolments visible in the official reporting system count. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-created multiple accounts, untracked results, or results from non-approved countries do not count.

Personal contacts may help candidates get started, but stronger candidates will show initiative in finding new audiences and relevant contacts beyond their personal network.

Reaching 100 valid tracked enrolments does not guarantee hiring. Final selection depends on results, speed, reporting, communication, initiative, and overall fit.

Step 3: Final Decision

We review the application, practical assignment results, reporting, communication, and overall fit before making the final decision.
