Junior Helpdesk Specialist – IT Support

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, good troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a professional IT environment.
The Junior Helpdesk Specialist will provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and access-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, phone, email, and remote assistance tools.


• Log, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.


• Troubleshoot common issues related to:
  - Windows operating systems/Office applications
  - Microsoft 365 services
  - Printers and peripheral devices


• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.


• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.


• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and standard software.


• Assist users with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of IT support principles and troubleshooting methodologies.


• Familiarity with:
  - Windows 10/11 environments
  - Microsoft 365 fundamentals
  - Active Directory basics
  - Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)


• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers).


• Good problem-solving attitude and ability to learn quickly.


• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Previous internship or experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.


• Basic PowerShell knowledge is considered an advantage.
