Job Description:
Main responsibilities
- Support the HRBPs in setting up onboarding activities for new joiners (documentation, welcome materials, system inputs)
- Maintaining and updating the internal HR database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR operations, including updating documentation and tracking HR activities.
- Provide support to HRBPs for employees and managers on general HR queries, ensuring requests are addressed or escalated appropriately.
- Provide support to HRBPs during performance management cycles, including tracking timelines and preparing related documentation
- Support the maintenance of HR systems by updating employee information and ensuring data accuracy in compliance with company policies and GDPR.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics or Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and curiosity about HR practices and processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
