Junior HR Analytics . If you are motivated, organized and seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, and you’re looking for change, we’re looking for you. In this Junior HR Analytics role you will Support the HR Analytics function for the preparation of reporting and analysis on HR-related KPIs and labour costs Manage activities related to the simulation, accounting and monitoring of labour costs (Budget, Forecast, Actual, Variance Analysis) Manage Data Collection and Analysis activities instrumental to the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes Prepare summary presentations of analyses for management and monthly recurring reports Support the Comp&Ben team on various control and monitoring activities What we need from you
Bachelor Degree in Economics/Engineering 1-3 years of previous experience in HR Analytics/HR Cost controlling or entry level HR role Fluent English Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of labor cost items and accrual Salary range: €30.000 – €35.000 gross per year, depending on experience.
