to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bologna
MAIN TASKS: The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: setting up university and post-graduate internships end-to-end management of the company’s participation in university career fairs (enrolment, shipping of promotional and informational materials, etc.) purchase order entry and monitoring of agreements between the company and vendors (universities, headhunters, etc.) The candidate will also be gradually involved in Talent Acquisition activities: job postings on standard recruiting channels (e.g. university portals, LinkedIn) reporting CV screening and phone screening of potential candidates HR interviews
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology. up to 1 years of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agency very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably an intermediate knowledge of another EU language (Spanish, French, German). familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
SOFT SKILLS: Empathy and ability to get connected with others Communication and public speaking skills Teamworking attitude Willingness to work in a multicultural context Ability to recognize priorities and meet deadlines
