The Role
Within the HR & Finance team, we are looking for a Junior HR & Payroll Administration support the operational management of HR administrative processes, with a specific focus on personnel administration and payroll.
The role will work closely with the internal team and the external payroll consultant, contributing to administrative activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop solid skills in HR Administration, while gaining cross-functional exposure to both HR and Finance.
The person we are looking for will:
- support the verification and management of attendance, including holidays, leaves, sick leave, and overtime;
- support the management of personnel administrative documentation;
- prepare and check data required for payroll processing;
- update employee master data and manage HR archives;
- support administrative onboarding activities, including contracts and documentation;
- provide operational support to the HR & Finance team on cross-functional activities and basic reporting;
- record payroll entries in the general ledger;
- manage accounting entries related to meal vouchers;
- record employees’ expense claims;
- support the management of Enasarco, related agent administration.
You are the right fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Personnel Administration;
- good knowledge of Excel;
- experience with TeamSystem or similar HR management tools, considered a plus;
- precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail;
- good organizational and priority management skills;
- good command of English, level B2;
- a team-oriented mindset and hands-on approach.
