Junior HR Support - Internship

Pramac , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Junior HR Support.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Support to join the Human Resources team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR processes and initiatives

Main accountabilities:

• Assist in managing recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide support with administrative activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and liaising with external agencies for internship activations.
• Contribute to the identification of training needs, design employee training plans, and coordinate their execution.
• Collaborate on the implementation of the internal communication plan to enhance engagement and transparency within the organization.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Workday system knowledge is a plus.
• English language knowledge at a proficiency level
