Junior International Business Development Representative

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior International Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and international markets, driving growth by connecting with new suppliers and prospective clients across Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market Mapping: Research, identify, and qualify new potential clients and suppliers in international markets.
• Outbound Outreach: Initiate first contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking in their native languages.
• Inbound Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on incoming leads generated by our active marketing campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Pitch our value proposition effectively to build a solid pipeline of opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Nurture early-stage relationships with international partners and schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Foreign Languages, Translation, International Communication, or a related field.
• Multilingual Skills: Professional fluency in English, German, and Spanish. Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and the MS Office Suite, with a strong command of Excel for data management and tracking.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.
• Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. A result-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in international business and sales.
