Role Description
The Junior IT Delivery Specialist is a hands‑on role responsible for configuring the software product based on specifications provided by consultants, managing integrations with banking services, and providing technical support throughout the delivery cycle. They work closely with internal teams (functional consultants and internal product development teams) to ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions, including debugging, developing integration components, and tracking tickets.
Main Tasks
- Configuring software product setups to be implemented, based on consultants’ requests.
- Debugging code based on reports and anomalies.
- Developing system integration components for banking services (APIs, middleware).
- Monitoring and managing tickets via Help Desk (for product issues) and Jira (for SIT/UAT issues).
- Collaborating with development and operations teams for rapid problem resolution.
- Documenting implemented activities and solutions.
Main Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Alternatively, a technical‑industrial diploma with a focus on IT and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the IT sector.
- Good knowledge of English.
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (both Client and Server) or a high level of autonomy in understanding the OS features.
- Knowledge of MSSQL or ability to read an ER (Entity Relationship) diagram, understand its semantics, read queries, and make changes if necessary.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions (e.g., end of UAT project).
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of .NET (C#) object‑oriented programming.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and system integration.
Added Value
- Knowledge of MS PowerShell.
- Knowledge of containerization principles and the main container orchestrators (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of the Angular language (framework used for front‑end development).
- Knowledge of cloud computing management (preferably MS Azure).
