As a
Junior
Talent Acquisition Specialist,
you will play a key role in supporting Caracol's growth and international expansion by helping us attract and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and geographies. Working closely with hiring managers and the People team, you will be involved in the recruitment process and, as you grow in the role, you will progressively gain ownership of the full hiring cycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. Recruitment & Onboarding:
You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and the People team to attract, assess, and hire great talent. You'll source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new joiner. Candidate Experience:
You'll help create a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for every candidate—from the first interaction through the end of the recruitment process—reflecting Caracol's culture and values. Employer Branding:
You'll contribute to strengthening our employer brand by supporting recruiting events, university partnerships, content creation, and initiatives that showcase what it's like to work at Caracol. Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement:
You'll support the team in monitoring recruitment activities, maintaining accurate data, and continuously improving our hiring processes as we scale internationally.
Around 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, gained in an executive search or headhunting agency. Exposure to recruiting for technical and engineering roles is highly preferred. Experience supporting recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage; Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
